The family managed hotel offered reasonably priced and aesthetically pleasing hospitality with home like food. Luckily for all of us who work here, this offer had a universal appeal and the hotel became popular and quickly developed a loyal clientele from across the world, especially Europe and Australia.

Soon after starting operations, the owners saw a need for reliable and hassel free transport for guests, especially foreign guests. Guests on a budget had to face a lot of trouble as most taxi operations were not really well organised. Tourists had to face a lot of trouble, especially with drivers forcing guests to buy handicrafts from particular shops, eat at preferred restaurants and so on. The fact that the family patriarch Shri S. K. Bansal and his sons were all engineers as well as car enthusiasts must have played a role in this decision as well :)
